Our company is owned and operated by Michael Marsh, a veteran of the homebuilding industry with more than 10 years of residential construction experience. Before starting Marsh Properties, Michael was a Senior Manager with Deloitte Touche Tohmastu, where he worked for years as an advisor to homebuilding companies such as Beazer Homes and Hovnanian Homes.

Specializing in Craftsman style homes, our aim is to provide buyers with unsurpassed quality and value. Many options considered additional by other builders come standard in a Marsh Properties home – including granite in all full bathrooms, "SMART" house capabilities, and hardwood floors upstairs and downstairs. Our homes are built according to the highest standards of architectural design, and we use only premium grade materials and the highest quality workmanship, as demonstrated by our partners and associations.

Our goal is to work in partnership with each of our customers, by offering additional services before, during and after the sale. With value-added services such as helping homebuyers find the right mortgage product that fits their needs, as well as services such as our comprehensive homebuyer's warranty, we hope to foster an excellent relationship with each customer and ensure that each enjoys their new home to the fullest.
