With your purchase of a Marsh Properties home, you receive what is known as a 2-10 homebuyer's warranty – a two-year comprehensive builder warranty and a ten-year comprehensive structural warranty – available through our partnership with America's Choice, a top-rated national warranty firm.

Your warranty provides coverage for: all labor and materials for a full year; major mechanical systems for two years; and any major structural deficits for ten years.

America's Choice also makes available extended warranties for all of the appliances in your home. This extended option guards against unexpected repairs and/or replacements costs for appliances in your home for up to four years. Extended warranties are available for any appliance(s) in your home, including central heating and air conditioning; plumbing; clothes washers and dryers; water heater; your kitchen's oven, range and dishwasher; refrigerator and garbage disposal.

Marsh Properties is able to offer this homebuyers' warranty because of our extensive experience and financial stability. America's Choice has given Marsh Properties its approval only after putting us through its extensive screening process. This specific warranty is issued only to homes that meet the highest-quality standards in the building industry, as verified by careful inspections of the work of both builders and subcontractors.

Your 2-10 homebuyer's warranty provides risk reduction on the appliances and labor in your new home purchase, from the frame to the foundation, and the interior systems to the exterior finish. The warranty also is transferable to subsequent buyers, which will enhance your new home's resale value.
